About the Founder
Joseph Augustine, Architect - Manager of Residential Architecture
Joe Augustine brings over 35 years of professional experience to his role. In collaboration with Metropolitans leadership, he established The WisdomTree Group to provide architectural services across all building divisions.
Mr. Augustine earned his Bachelor of Architecture from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in 1991. He is a registered architect in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey, and a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
Matt Bueke, Architectural Project Manager
Matt is an Architectural Project Manager at The Wisdom Tree Group, a division of Metropolitan Management Group. A Licensed Architect with more than twenty years of professional experience, he is recognized for his expertise in affordable housing, market-rate developments, and high-rise residential projects.
His work is guided by a commitment to design excellence, sustainability, and technical precision. Throughout his career, he has led multidisciplinary teams through all phases of design and construction, integrating creative vision with technical rigor to deliver projects that are both architecturally refined and operationally efficient.
At The Wisdom Tree Group, Matt fosters collaboration, mentorship, and a solutionsoriented approach within his teams. He ensures that each project meets performance goals while reflecting the client's vision and the firm's standards for quality and innovation. Matt holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Monique Awaida, Architectural Project Manager
Monique Awaida is an Architectural Project Manager at The Wisdom Tree Group, a division of Metropolitan Management Group. With over twenty years of experience in architectural engineering and construction project management, she brings a strong eye for detail and broad expertise to every project.
Her experience spans a variety of international and large-scale developments, including commercial centers, residential towers, institutional buildings, and specialty healthcare facilities.
At The Wisdom Tree Group, Monique leads multifamily residential projects, ensuring precision, code compliance, and seamless coordination among disciplines. She believes that thoughtful design and clear communication are key to delivering projects that balance efficiency, functionality, and lasting value.
