Architect — Manager of Residential Architecture
Joseph Augustine is an award-winning, registered architect and founding leader of The WisdomTree Group, bringing more than 35 years of experience in residential, multifamily, commercial, and adaptive-use design across the Mid-Atlantic region. His work is defined by a balance of aesthetic vision, constructability, and long-term value, supported by deep expertise in BIM, 3D visualization, sustainable design, and historic preservation. Augustine has earned industry recognition including a NCARB certification, multiple HBA (Home Builders Association), NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry), and Houzz awards, underscoring his leadership and design excellence.
He is known for solving complex architectural challenges, such as delivering high-performing multifamily developments like the 124-unit Dublin project, which successfully integrates density, accessibility, and strong market appeal. His design philosophy emphasizes collaboration, technology-driven processes, and client engagement to ensure efficient, high-quality project outcomes.
